BLINGE REALITY LIMITED is an active participant in the provision of services for the Technical floor of the Hospitality industry. Such include kitchen, laundry, bar, restaurant, cold storage, live-cooking, etc. We help to develop concepts of the clients and design to meet good flow expected at the level of such project. Using the international brands we represent, quality equipment are provided to optimize all operations desirable in the areas. Our highly experienced technical team also provides, where demanded, provision of all mechanical and electrical services to the equipment, achieving smooth and quality operations.

 

Upon successful installation and commissioning, we do offer quality maintenance management of plants, evolving good preventive and breakdown services of all equipment. We are able to effect these on brands outside those we represent or have installed, as long they are of reputable standing. Our Spares department is able to procure parts for most international brands due to its affiliation with major European stockiest, who are the suppliers to the OEM (brand manufacturers).

 

The management of BLINGE REALITY LIMITED is made of industry-tested engineers who have more than 30 years total experience of many successful projects. They had participated in some of the major projects executed in the country, in the last decade. These include ALL AFRICAN GAMES, COJA in 2003; BANQUET HALL, Presidential Palace Abuja; RADISSON BLU, Lagos; EKO HOTEL, Lagos; US Embassy, Lagos; NOVOTEL HOTEL, Port Harcourt; CBN Learning Centre, Lagos; SOFITEL HOTEL, Lagos; IBIS HOTEL, Lagos; GUINNESS, Benin Brewery; to mention a few. Recently, we just completed the staff canteen of new OYEBODE & ALUKO Building on Bank Road, Ikoyi.
